Nachos Burgers

Ingredients

500 g beef mince
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
2 tbsp taco seasoning
0.5 cup chunky tomato salsa
0.75 cup shredded tasty cheddar
1 cup coarsely crushed corn chips

Method

1 Preheat fan forced* oven to 180°C.
2 Line baking tray with baking paper.
3 Combine beef, breadcrumbs and taco seasoning. Divide into 6 portions and form into burgers. Place on baking tray.
4 Top each burger with salsa, cheese and coarsely broken corn chips.
5 Bake burgers for 10- 15 minutes until cooked through.
6 Recipe note: *if using a conventional oven, you may need to increase temperature or allow additional cooking time.

Tips

1 Serve with avocado and tomato salad.
