Ingredients
500g | Beef Mince |
1 | Brown onion, very finely chopped or grated |
1 | Egg (optional) |
1 tsp | Dried thyme |
1 tbsp | Fresh parsley, finely chopped |
2 | Garlic cloves, crushed |
1 pinch | Nutmeg |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds (optional) |
1 pinch | Salt (optional) |
Extra virgin olive oil to fry |
Method
1 | Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together until well combined. If time allows, cover and leave in the fridge for flavours to infuse for around 10 minutes. |
2 | Take handfuls of the mixture and gently roll into small sausages. Continue with the remaining mixture. |
3 | Heat the oil in a frypan over medium heat. Cook your sausages in the pan, gently rolling until completely cooked through. |
