Dukkah spiced lamb burgers

600g Minced lamb
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp Dukkah
Olive oil, for brushing
4 Turkish rolls, cut in half
4 tbsp Hommous
4 Cos lettuce leaves
8 Slices tomato
Small handful mint leaves


1 Mix the lamb with the garlic, onion, dukkah, salt and pepper and form into flat 4 patties.
2 Preheat a large chargrill over a medium high heat. Lightly brush the patties with oil and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Set aside and warm the halved rolls on the grill until lightly coloured.
3 Place the hommous on the bread rolls and top with the lamb patties. Add lettuce, tomato and mint leaves and serve.
