||Combine all ingredients. Roll into small balls ( approx. 30g each)
1. Heat 20ml oil in large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook polpettone for 10 minutes turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through.
1. Preheat fan forced* oven to 180°C.
2. Bake polpettone on baking tray lined with baking paper for 15 minutes until cooked through. Serve immediately.
