500 g beef mince
100 g dried breadcrumbs
20 large green olives stuffed with feta
- Drain olives well. Roll mince into small balls. Place an olive on each ball and press into centre of ball. Ensuring that mince completely covers olive.
- Roll in breadcrumbs.
- .Heat 10ml oil in large heavy based frying pan over medium heat.
- Cook beef olives, for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through.
- Serve with toothpicks
