Teriyaki Beef skewers

Ingredients

500 gblade cut into 25mm cubes
0.25 cupTeriyaki marinade
1 tbsphoney
1 tbspsweet chilli sauce
2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
20 x15cmbamboo skewers, soaked in water

Method

1Combine beef, teriyaki marinade, honey, chilli sauce and coriander.
2Cover and stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour for flavours to develop.
3Thread 2 cubes of beef onto each skewer.
4Preheat BBQ on moderately high heat.
5Cook skewers for 6 minutes, turning frequently to ensure even browning

Serve on platter lined with banana leaf
