Sesame Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients

600 grump stir-fry strips
20 mlvegetable oil
6spring onions, cut into 5 cm lengths
2cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbspgrated ginger
1medium red chilli, sliced
1 tbspkecap manis
1 tbspoyster sauce
1 tbsptoasted sesame seeds

Method

1Combine beef, oil, garlic, ginger and chili. Cover and stand in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2Heat large non stick wok or frying pan to high heat.. Cook, beef mixture in 2 batches, stirring, for 5 minutes over high heat until well browned. Remove each batch as it is cooked.
3Reduce heat to low. Add spring onions to pan with combined kecap manis and oyster sauce. Cook stirring for 2 minutes until heated. Return beef to pan. Cook for 1 minute. Add sesame seeds and serve.

Tips

Serve with steamed rice noodles.
