Great dinner!

Apr 05 2016 - 15:32

This made a great tasting and tender meat with sauce for over rice. I had some lower quality cubes of beef and they were very tender after cooking for a little less than 2 hours. Easy recipe that doesn't take much prep time. The 2 hour cook time makes it difficult to do after work.
