Beef Magic Wands

500 gbeef mince
0.5 cupdried cranberries
1medium carrot, grated
0.5 cupdried breadcrumbs
0.25 cupchopped coriander leaves
0.5 cupcranberry sauce
0.5 tspcracked black pepper


1Combine mince, cranberries, carrot, breadcrumbs, coriander, cranberry sauce and pepper.
2Roll into 16 small oblongs. Press a skewer into each piece.
3Heat 20ml oil in large non stick frying pan. Cook magic wands over medium - high heat for 10 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned and cooked through.


Serve with extra cranberry sauce for dipping
