Ingredients

600gmAustralian Lamb
200gmOnions
150gmYoghurt
40gmGinger paste
40gmGarlic paste
25gmRed Chili powder
15gmTurmeric powder
20gmCoriander powder
15gmCoriander seeds – roasted and crushed
50gmWhole garam masala
6Whole green chilies
2 cupsLamb stock

Method

1Heat oil, add sliced onions and sauté till they turn brown.
2Add ginger paste and stir. Then, add garlic paste along with red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and coriander seeds. Add yogurt and mutton. Add lamb stock. Continue cooking until lamb is very tender and most liquid is absorbed.
3Garnish with pounded coriander seeds and whole green chilies. Serve immediately.
