Ingredients

500 g blade steak cut into 20mm cubes
0.5 cup sweet plum marinade
0.25 cup sweet chilli sauce
10 x 20cm bamboo skewers, soaked in water
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method

1 Combine beef marinade and chilli sauce. Cover and stand in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
2 Thread beef on skewers allowing 4 cubes per skewer.
3 Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4 Preheat BBQ on moderate heat.
5 Cook skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning often until browned and cooked through.
6 Brush with marinade during cooking.

1 Serve with rice and extra chilli sauce
