Roast beef and tomato with mustard open sandwiches

Ingredients

400-500g cold roast beef
4 thick slices of your favourite bread
4 tbsp cream cheese
2 tomatoes, thickly sliced
mixed lettuce leaves
seeded mustard

Method

1 Slice the roast beef thinly.
2 Spread the bread with cream cheese. Arrange the tomatoes, lettuce and then the beef on the bread. Top with a spoonful of mustard.
