Ingredients
400-500g | cold roast beef |
4 | thick slices of your favourite bread |
4 tbsp | cream cheese |
2 | tomatoes, thickly sliced |
mixed lettuce leaves | |
seeded mustard |
Method
1 | Slice the roast beef thinly. |
2 | Spread the bread with cream cheese. Arrange the tomatoes, lettuce and then the beef on the bread. Top with a spoonful of mustard. |
