Ingredients

Australian Ribeye
Salt and Pepper to Taste
2 tbsp Oil

Method

1 Dry the ribeye with a clean towel.
2 Sprinkle salt and a good grind of pepper over the beef.
3 Place on a hot pan with some oil.
4 Cook on one side until a thick crust has formed. Flip the steak and do the same for the other side.
5 Rest the meat for at least 6 minutes before serving.
